I was willing to try anything as an alternative to medication, & so it began. Convinced and determined, I decided to give bone broth a try. Unfortunately thru my discovery journey... I found that the bone broths that I encountered, were not very effective.
I wasn't ready to give up though. Upon further research, I learned how to make it myself. I decided to use only the cleanest of bones. All Natural Grass Fed/Finished. I made sure it was concentrated and not diluted. In addition, I included Ginger & Turmeric for the extra benefits! and lastly, I didnt' take shortcuts... I let it simmer for 48 hrs. I began consuming a cup of my homemade bone broth a day. Immediatley, I noticed a difference in my energy; although that’s not why I was taking it. The real change came approximately 2 months after daily consumption. My digestive system improved greatly. I was able to eat foods that previously would cause major inflammation and pain. I also started losing unhealthy weight, unintentionally. Again, that wasn't my reason for drinking it, but it was a nice plus & my iron levels came back up to nomal. I even started to feel motivation to work out, which I hadn't done in years! I just felt better in general! I realized at this point, quality DOES matter.
